Welcome Team
We serve our church with smiles, care, and assistance at our Gatherings.
Parking
Team Members welcome people while helping families park in an organized and orderly fashion. They anticipate when assistance is needed with First Time Guests and anyone who needs special attention. Team Members win when everyone is welcomed, cared for, and loved as soon as they drive on to the property.
Greeter
Team Members welcome and anticipate when assistance is needed within the campus lobby. Team Members win when people are welcomed, cared for, and loved as soon as they walk through the doors.
Usher
Team Members welcome, help direct people to seating, and anticipate when assistance is needed within the auditorium. Team Members win when people are welcomed, cared for, and loved as soon as they walk through the doors of the auditorium.
First Time Guests and Check-In
Team Members welcome, check-in families, and help new families check-in. Team Members win when guests are welcomed, cared for, and loved.
GROW
Team Members welcome and help people get connected by answering questions and anticipating when assistance is needed within the lobby. Team Members win when people are welcomed, cared for, and loved by helping them GROW.
Campus Safety
Team Members are responsible for the safety and well-being of the adults and kids in attendance. Team Members watch over all areas of the campus making sure that only the appropriate people are permitted into certain areas. Team Members win when people are welcomed, cared for, and kept safe.
Facilities
Team Members help care for, set up, and tear down the many different environments within the campus (ex: baptism, tables and chairs, etc.) Team Members win when our different environments are put together with joy that leads to a welcoming experience for our guests.
