We've all been challenged by anxiety and depression at some time in our lives. It could be brought on by traumatic events or due to a lifelong struggle. The Anxiety Support Group is designed to help you Acknowledge, Accept, Discover, Embrace and learn to cope and live in spite of anxiety and depression.
How the Anxiety Support Group works:
The Anxiety Support Group is a 13 week study that will focus on the Spiritual (Christ-centered) by learning to meditate on the Word, the Emotional by being mindful and the Physical through exercise and healthy medical choices.
The Anxiety Support Group has ended for the spring 2019 semester. Please check back in July for the start of the fall 2019 semester.
