Revolution is change.

We've seen God move in so many incredible ways in our short history as a church. Below you will find some highlights of our incredible journey thus far. From our first services in Teasley Middle School to our current facility; our locations and methods may have changed but we will and have always existed to love Jesus and grow people.

We embarked on our “Seek & Save” campaign to see God save 1,000 people in a year. We begged God to move in the hearts of our people and we held our first ever “Revival”. Throughout the year we heard amazing stories of salvation and life-change. God met and exceeded our expectations.

2015 was a year in which we went “Beyond These Walls”. One highlight was Compassion Week, where we were able to show the love of Christ to our community through multiple projects in multiple cities.

We saw many new families begin calling Revolution home. So much so, that we found ourselves out of Kids and Students space. We began construction on the RevKids and RevStudents building in April and moved into the space in December.

On January 20th, we held our first services in our own space at 125 Union Hill Trail. We saw over 3,100 first time guests walk through our doors and saw our attendance more than double.

We were still a portable church and had recently moved to the Conference Center to hold our services. In May our founding pastor resigned his position and left the church. Over the next 6 months we faced many trying circumstances as we searched for a new Lead Pastor.

On our 2 year anniversary we changed our name from Ridgestone Church to Revolution Church. We felt that “Revolution” better represented what God was doing through our church and in our city.

We saw God grow our infant church exponentially over the next year. In order to keep growing, we moved to the movie theater on Riverstone Parkway. We had previously met in the old Teasley Middle School.

Our Church was started in August 2004 as Ridgestone Church. A church plant of West Ridge Church in Dallas, GA, we were founded on the vision that we wanted to see God reach people who were far from Him and that we were going to do everything we could to make this happen.

Watch the Film

In 2013, we produced a documentary film depicting the young history of our church. We have seen God move in extraordinary ways through the lives of ordinary people. It's a story about how the power of the Gospel can bring beauty from ashes and raise dead things to new life.
